WHAT IS MONOPRO ?
Monopro is an open architecture controller specially designed for large and professional installations as conferences rooms, residential,... It is controlled by all the VITY´s remote control and touch panel range, it can also be controlled by a standard PC using Ethernet. Remote controls communicate with XMonopro by MBC wired bus, RC5 infrared data, Ethernet LAN and also wireless through dedicated WiFi or ZigBee access point.
Monopro controller allows to manage and control any kind of infrared, relays, RS232/422, 0/10 Volts, VCA audio, midi, X10, analog and digital GPI devices.
Applications : routing switchers, plasma, LCD, DVBT, amplifier, video projector, microphone, electric screen, lights, HVAC, ...
TWO MODELS
To fully respond to all your expectations, XMonopro has been developed in 2 models:
- Monopro/IP :
Specifically developed for network use.
Communication by Ethernet on RJ45 connector 10 baseT and/or MBC bus.
This version is necessary for all VITY´s Ethernet remote control or even for a PC use.
- Monopro/485 :
Communication by MBC bus on 3 pins phoenix screw type.
Use for VITY´s MBC bus remote control: VIMATY & PADMATY series.
1 input MBC bus connector, 1 output MBC bus connector for linking many XMonopro.
FRONT AND REAR PANELS
With Monopro, learning an infrared code becomes very easy thanks to its front panel sensor learner. Up to 255 codes can be learnt without any specific interface. Visualisation of the sended commands by front panel LED.
Phoenix inputs and outputs connectors are detachable.
VERY FLEXIBLE
Up to 16 XMonopro/485 can be linked by a MBC bus cable (or by Ethernet for the Monopro/IP model) to ensure a full coverage of the largest installations. It can also be linked with Multicustom, Minimono and Custo Series controllers to fully respond to the installation requirement.
STAND ALONE
With its capabilities of 1h48min of timeline management it is the perfect controller for standalone installations. Can be used without remote control and/or PC. Application : Museums, show, spectacles, ... Can play a scenario. E.g : with a contact or a presence detection sensor you can turn on the lights & music, start video player, play a synchronised video and lights sequence, etc ... Sequence starts with a single event as contact closure, presence sensor, RC 5 codes, etc.
