WHAT IS CUSTOLAN RS
CustoLan RS is a small controllers for specific use. It can drive 2 RS232/422/485 devices by Ethernet network or MBC bus. It can be controlled by all the VITY´s remote control range or by a standard PC. CustoLan RS firmware´s update can be directly done by Ethernet.
VERY FLEXIBLE
Custo modules are ideal for small installations, for the remote installations in several rooms or
in complement of an existing MBC installation. Up to 16 CustoLan modules can be linked by a MBC bus cable to insure a full coverage of a multi-point installation. The module can be linked with Multicustom, XMonopro and Minimono controllers to fully respond to the installation requirement. CustoLan RS is a desktop module it can be fi xed on DIN rail (Custo/DIN optional).
POWER SUPPLY
CustoLan RS can be powered by a standard 12VDC external power supply or by PoE. PoE (IEEE802.3af) alows to power a CustoLan RS without external power supply. The module is powered by the CAT5 cable through PoE (IEEE802.3af) injector or hub. Custo modules can delivery 12VDC power supply output - 500 mA (PoE) - 4A (with external power supply) to supply an other device.
